What data we process and why
| Source | Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, company, company website (optional), email, phone (optional), company size, industry and description of your situation | Answer your enquiry, suggest a call where appropriate and, if requested, prepare a proposal | Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b) | Until the enquiry is resolved, and at most 12 months if no business relationship follows |
| Whatever you send | Reply to your message | Legitimate interest in answering communications (art. 6.1.f) | For the duration of the conversation | |
| Company profile (when enabled) | Company name, its website, your email domain unless it is a generic provider, industry and stated size | Look up public information about the company to prepare the reply to your enquiry | Legitimate interest in answering your enquiry properly (art. 6.1.f) | Same as the enquiry |
We do not use this data to make automated decisions about people. When enabled, the company profile is prepared by an AI service that searches the web for public information about the company: your name, phone number and enquiry text are not sent to it, and it only helps a person prepare the reply. You can object by writing to the email shown above.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. The following provide technical services as processors:
- Cloudflare (web hosting and form delivery). This may involve transfers to the US covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Google/Gmail, as the inbox receiving enquiries.
- Resend, to deliver form notifications to Rindeia’s contact email address.
- Google Gemini (optional AI service with web search), only if the company profile is enabled. The integration is off by default and receives only the company data listed above. Service terms, data handling and applicable international transfers must be reviewed before activation.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the email shown above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
