How we measure the outcome
We measure human handling time, completed requests and errors or repeated actions. Exceptions are included: a workflow that removes steps but creates more corrections needs adjustment before expansion.
Scope and price before starting
The first 30-minute call is free. Automations start at €190 for one task with defined rules across one or two applications with a known connector. We validate scope and agree a fixed quote before starting. You receive working automation, documented and tested with you. This service may need more processes or integrations and a specific quote.
If a detailed assessment is needed, we agree its cost first: from €60, credited if you commission implementation within 30 days. Your quote separates service fees, licences and expected usage, with timing and spending limits. Prices exclude VAT.
30-day guarantee included
For 30 calendar days from acceptance of delivery, we correct faults attributable to Rindeia within the agreed scope at no cost. No maintenance subscription is required.
Issues reported within that period are handled even if resolution finishes later.
We first investigate the cause to distinguish a delivery fault from an issue caused by changes to external services, credentials or dependencies. Those changes fall outside guarantee corrections; if paid work is needed, we explain the cause and agree a quote before proceeding.
New processes, features, integrations and any scope extensions are quoted separately. Optional maintenance does not include those extensions either.

Your current tools are the starting point. If one prevents the agreed process, we explain the limitation and options before proposing a change.
